Cable chest press
Standing cable chest press for constant tension.
Setup
Set both cables at chest height, attach single handles.
Stand in the center, grab handles, palms facing forward.
Step one to two steps forward in a slightly staggered, stable stance.
Lift chest, pull shoulder blades back and down.
Core tight, elbows at about 45 degrees to the body.
Execution
Push the handles straight forward until arms are almost fully extended, hands slightly toward each other.
Hold briefly at the front, squeezing the chest fully.
Slowly return until you feel a good stretch in your chest.
Keep shoulder blades retracted and upper body still.
Breathing: Exhale as you push, inhale as you return.
