Incline dumbbell bench press
Dumbbell incline bench press with full range of motion for the upper chest.
Setup
Set incline bench to 30 to 45 degrees, lie flat, shoulders back and down.
Bring dumbbells to upper chest level, palms facing forward.
Elbows at 45 degrees to body, wrists straight.
Lift chest, core tight, feet flat on the floor.
No arching, keep lower back neutral.
Execution
Press the dumbbells up in a controlled manner until your arms are almost straight.
Move the dumbbells slightly toward each other without clashing at the top.
Hold briefly at the top, squeezing your upper chest.
Lower slowly until you feel a good stretch in your upper chest.
Breathing: Exhale when pressing, inhale when lowering.
