hereinafter referred to as "Kraftwerk Fitness" or "we".
Name of the promotion: "Kraftwerk Rolex Challenge"
1. Competition period
• Start: December 19, 2025
• End: March 1, 2026, 11:59 p.m.
All referrals must be registered within this period.
2. Eligibility
• Only active members of Kraftwerk Fitness Heerbrugg are eligible to participate.
• Employees are excluded.
• Participation is free of charge.
3. Goal of the challenge
Members collect points by bringing new members or returning former members to the Kraftwerk.
At the end, the person with the most points wins a Rolex Submariner Date (value approx. 10,000 CHF).
4. Valid referral
A referral only counts if:
• The referred person has either never been a member OR their last contract was at least 6 months ago.
• The new/returning member clearly names the referring person when signing the contract.
• Subsequent notifications or changes are excluded.
• The membership has been paid in full or an installment plan has been approved.
• The member remains active for at least 30 days; in the event of cancellation, revocation, or non-payment, points are forfeited retroactively.
5. Points allocation
• Annual membership: 690 points
• Half-year membership: 450 points
• Morning Hero new booking: 365 points
Upgrades, renewals, or contract amendments do not count.
6. Points management and security
• The score kept by Kraftwerk is binding and cannot be contested.
• Kraftwerk Fitness may correct or delete points if errors, discrepancies, technical problems, or manipulation are detected.
• Employees have no influence on scores.
• The referral must be noted in the contract.
7. Duplicate or conflicting referrals
If there are multiple claimants, only the person first named by the new member counts.
8. Cancelled or unpaid contracts
Points will be fully and retroactively deleted if:
• the membership is cancelled,
• the contract is revoked,
• the installment plan is not adhered to,
• payment is not made in full.
9. Leaderboard
A publicly viewable leaderboard is maintained online.
It shows the rank of members, but no confidential data.
10. Prize
• 1st place: Rolex Submariner Date (value approx. 10,000 CHF)
• 2nd place: Kraftwerk Golden Card - 5 years of free training (value 3,450 CHF)
• 3rd place: Annual membership (value 690 CHF)
• Not payable in cash, non-transferable.
• In the event of delivery bottlenecks or unavailability, an equivalent model may be provided.
11. Determination of winners
• Winner: Person with the most points as of March 1, 2026.
• In the event of a tie, a draw will decide.
• Winner will be informed personally and must collect the prize within 30 days.
12. Publication
The winner agrees to be available for photos and publications (website, social media).
13. Legal and transparency
• Changes to the terms and conditions are possible for organizational or legal reasons.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
• Value details are approximate.
• No additional costs are incurred through participation.
